Case scenario:
1) A rep sets an inactivity period  
2) In this period he/she is transferred to reps

Expected result:
- transferring the rep to alumni will not trigger any mails reminders regarding his rep activity 

Actual result:
- at the end of the inactivity period the mentor is notified that the rep is expected to be available again.
