Header area (date, sender, etc) not appearing in standalone msg window Win32 2002-02-04-11 trunk build 1. Start Mail 2. Select a message 3. Double click that message to open to the standalone window 4. In the standalone window, the header area does not show up. Selecting View|Headers menu has no effect. No problem when the message is viewed in the 3-pane window. This is a regression.

I think we should try to get this for 0.9.9
this is only on ns builds (mozilla is okay). can we move to bugscape?
