screencast 1 - Dragging tab isn't placed under the mouse pointer.webm

>>>   My Info:   Win7_64, Nightly 46, 32bit, ID 20151231030214
STR:
1. Open many tabs in tabs toolbar to cause overflow
2. Select the last tab
3. Hover mouse pointer over selected tab (don't move mouse until Step 6)
4. Hold left mouse button (don't release it yet)
5. Press Ctrl+T to open new tab
6. Move mouse pointer to the left to start drag-n-drop

Result: Dragging tab is placed ~20px to the left from mouse pointer
Expectations: The tab should be placed directly under mouse cursor

Core bug: happens with any drag-n-drop activity (at least I tested 3 cases)
Component: Tabbed Browser → Drag and Drop
Product: Firefox → Core
Summary: Dragging tab isn't placed under the mouse pointer if I start drag-n-drop after opening some tabs → Dragging element isn't placed directly under the mouse pointer if I start drag-n-drop when it's not placed under mouse pointer
