STR:
1. Open many tabs in tabs toolbar to cause overflow
2. Select the last tab
3. Hover mouse pointer over selected tab (don't move mouse until Step 6)
4. Hold left mouse button (don't release it yet)
5. Press Ctrl+T to open new tab
6. Move mouse pointer to the left to start drag-n-drop
Result: Dragging tab is placed ~20px to the left from mouse pointer
Expectations: The tab should be placed directly under mouse cursor
Core bug: happens with any drag-n-drop activity (at least I tested 3 cases)
