When I load the macromedia page with disk cache set to some number (4096 for
example) the page loads correctly and the plugin starts. When I then disable the
disk cache, close the browser and try the same page, the plugin doesn't come up
anymore. Enabling the disk cache, closing the browser solves the problem and the
page loads again perfectly fine.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load www.macromedia.com with disk cache set to 4096
2.Page loads
3.Set disk cache to 0
4.Close browser
5.Restart browser
6.Load www.macromedia.com
7.Plugin doesn't load
8.Set disk cache to 4096
9.Close browser
10.Restart browser
11.Load www.macromedia.com
12.Plugin starts up ok and page loads correctly

Actual Results: Plugin doesn't start with disk cache set to zero.

Expected Results: It should start though
