Edit->Account_settings should have the same thread graphics that is used in the GeneralPreferences sidebar. There's a problem there that Local_Folder and Outgoing_Servers appear to be in the same path as the account setting items Menu |_SubMenu |_SubMenu
This will happen for free once all tree tags automatically become outliners/listboxes. It's not available in the current tree implementation.
