hi amy, it looks like this host's warranty expired last october 2015. do you want to renew the warranty or should we handle RMAs by purchasing the replacement part?

looping james in, it looks like all these iX hosts are out of warranty. do we have any plans to renew their service contracts?

We've never been given a price list for parts, so we had no way to include that in our budget (and had not expected to, since that's never been the procedure before). We don't intend to renew the warranty on the iX hardware that is currently out or will soon be out, though, since it would be more expensive than purchasing parts as far as we know (again, since we've never been given documentation on the tracking of those expenses, we're making an educated guess there). If this is a more involved discussion than "just charge it to whatever bucket things came out of previously," let's have a chat about that, please.
