STR:
1) Tap the URL bar.
2) Type a search query and submit.
3) Long press a word on the page.
The word is selected, but the selection menu (Copy/Define/Share) doesn't appear. If you tap the page and try selecting again, it does appear.
Going to go ahead and take this since I found a fix while working on bug 1229593.
