Steps to reproduce:

Device details: OS version: 2.6.0.0 prerelease
                Build identifier: 20151130130150
                Platform version: 45.0a1
                Build number: eng.worker.20151019.100643
                dogfood
                Sony Z3C 

Make sure you have a large picture on your device (more than 10mb).
Open the picture


Actual results:

The picture cannot be opened, an error message is displayed please see the attached screenshot.


Expected results:

The picture should be opened.

Marcela: I downloaded a 10.2 MB file to my Aries and pushed it my device using USB storage, and I am not having any issues opening it in Gallery using both a 20151211113747 build and the one below:
