Details
Jobs like [1] are failing without finding the device. When logged into SSH, adb devices doesn't show the expected android serial. It only shows b2g-20.2. fastboot devices doesn't display it either.

I took this Jenkins node offline. Michael is not around this week. Marcia, would you mind going to the lab to see if the device is off?

I am not in the office until Friday - if it can wait that long I can do it. Otherwise, perhaps Stephen Donner or Delphine can assist?

:doliver restarted the device today. It's back visible on |adb devices|
