In India we use +91 or 0 to make nation wide call or else we won't use these two if the number is in our region.

Say my number is [phone] or 09443942201 will be called from people who are not in our region. 

While if my friend is in my region he ml use 9443942201.

We save our number also like this in our contact. But SMS app is not finding the person name properly

I have attached 4 screenshots.

A screenshot of a person how his number saved in my contact and 2nd screenshoot how it came as unknown number in SMS.

Then 3rd changed the number in contacts and then only SMS found out nMe.

This is a country specific feature and would be difficult to handle specific bugs like this. Please use the international norm with +91 and save contacts.
