On one or two occasions (bug 1231071 comment 6 is the latest one), security researchers have tried using builds from http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/tinderbox-builds/mozilla-central-linux64-asan/latest/ which seem like it should be the latest version of the Address Sanitizer builds, but in fact has some old version from October or whenever ftp.mozilla.org was deprecated. I think it would be better to just delete that directory entirely, so that anybody who is using scripts to automatically download and test ASan Firefox at least gets some kind of error instead of ending up with an obsolete build.

Contrary to what I assumed, it looks like ftp.mozilla.org is actually still getting builds: https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/tinderbox-builds/mozilla-central-linux64-asan/ But the latest is just not being updated. Either fixing the /latest/ directory to actually update or deleting it entirely would be fine with me.
