1237130 - Remove references to Sponsored and Suggested Tiles

Sponsored and Suggested Tiles has reached end-of-life and we need to remove content that references these features.  For example:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/about-tiles-new-tab#w_suggested-sites

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/tiles/

we may want to just redirect elsewhere

NI: Nick - how do we want to handle these pages, where should they redirect to, should we have a sumo doc on the EOL of suggested tiles?

Note: The second url (https://www.mozilla.org...) is not support.mozilla.org. There will need to be a different bug for that.

This is a content issue, moving to content component.

I think most of the pages are arrived at by clicking "Learn about new tab" or something similar. Let's direct all of those to:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/about-tiles-new-tab

That seems to have the most general information. It might be worth also having a SUMO doc that explains the EOL and is linked to from this page.
