1237388 - Android Feedback: Move Google Play link action into Input application

In bug 1225676 we're moving the Fennec feedback form into input. If users say they're happy with Fennec we link them to the Play Store and encourage them to rate us. 

On an android device, that link should open the Play Store application onto the channel the person is using (e.g. if they're using Beta they should be linked to the Beta rating form in the Play Store). 

This logic is currently handled by the client. We may want to optimize it down the road, so we should eventually move it into Input. 

So far this does not seem like it blocks launch of the form on Input.

Just an update: I had a reason to add this logic to the form on input, so we can close this bug when that launches.

The Input service has been decommissioned (see bug 1315316) and has been replaced by a redirect to an external vendor (SurveyGizmo). I'm bulk WONTFIXing Input bugs that do not appear to be relevant anymore.
