Steps to reproduce:

Open an e-mail


Actual results:

Message always opens in full screen, and I can't see windows toolbar if I don't close the e-mail.


Expected results:

To see toolbar without closing e-mail

Can you please add a screenshot of what you see, because at the moment it isn't clear to me what that is, so I can't help you of verify this problem.

Attached file is the full screen I see when I open a mail.
When mail is open,I can't use application bar nor buttons of the window(close,minimize) the only thing I can do is to close the window 
with ALT+F4.

Is this windows? Possible troubleshooting steps:
1. Tap the F11 key a few times.
2. ALT-SPACEBAR, then Restore or Minimize.
