note that while the scrollbar appears, the scrollbar thumb doesnt.

I see this bug when viewing certain pages @ real.com (I know, no flames about
the RealBADOne players, please) such as this:

forms.real.com/netzip/fromrde.html?promo=http://www.real.com/R/RDX.fail-redir.R/207.188.7.150/05e2aa45afe66cfd2815/windows/RealOnePlayerV2GOLD.exe&type=dl

cancel the download, and then click on the "Click Here
for detailed installation instructions" link on the resulting page.  Notice that
the page is rather long, but no scrollbars are present. 

2 workaround:

1)use the Page Up/Page Down keys
2)highlight text and move down the page

Other pages I've seen in real.com and a few other domains yeild the same
results.  Though in this case, it's the scrolling=no in the source that is the
culprit. Maybe this (real.com) case is a evang issue? Should I file a separate bug?

This bug is targeted at a Mac classic platform/OS, which is no longer supported
by mozilla.org. Please re-target it to another platform/OS if this bug applies
there as well or resolve this bug.

I will resolve this bug as WONTFIX in four weeks if no action has been taken.
