1. In the form above, find block "Flags:".
2. Click the link "set flags" in that block (or link "more flags")

Result:       <select> element near string "sec‑bounty" looks compressed (has smaller height)
Expectations: The <select> element should have normal height, just like other <select>s on page


(B)
1. Open attached "testcase 1"

Result:       In each iframe: 2nd <select> element in each line looks compressed (has smaller height)
Expectations: All <select> elements should have equal height


The closest bug I found is bug 91602. The issue is reproducible on Firefox 0.8+
IE11 and Chrome 47 match the expectations
Also, in Firefox, 2nd <select> in the 1st raw in second iframe has only 1px smaller height, but when I hover mouse over it, it shows pretty compressed dropmarker button.
