+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1234281 +++
In bug 1234281, android x86 tests in continuous integration switched from sutagent to adb. I also landed an update to the avd in which I intended to uninstall sutagent and watcher. In that AVD, I updated system.img but not userdata-qemu.img, so sutagent and watcher are still installed. No harm done, but I should update the avd again to remove sutagent and watcher.
