Steps to reproduce:
- Using 1.8Dv4 base image, I updated to latest nightly build for Flame (20160107150202)
- I modified an existing alarm. I chose 5:55.
Actual results:
- On 'Edit alarm' screen and others, time shows 4:55
- Alarm woke me at 4:55 (1 hour too early)
Expected results:
- Alarm should match the time selected.

Hit the same issue this morning on my Flame, annoying.

If we use the time picker, this might have been bug 1237460?
I noticed just now that this bug does not occur when the alarm is set to a time after 11:00.
