There are a class of websites out there called traffic generators, and they all
run timers in a frame to make sure that you're viewing a website for long
enough. A lot of the timers seem to be broken since I updated to .9.8, rather
than count down, the counter displays the finaly number, however it is still
actually counting the time. If you try to click to go to the next site too
quickly, it does realize that you haven't waited the full time. WebmasterQuest
is one of these websites. If you Surf for Credit, the first page that shows up
will have a counter that works correctly, but after that, the counter just sits
on Go. I could list other traffic generator sites that have the same problem, now.
I don't see the counter. Is it contained in the Flash animation? (I don't have
a Flash plugin).
no response from reporter for >30 days, and there isn't enough detail to examine
this as is. resolving as INVALID.

reporter (Lora): if this is still a problem with a recent version of mozilla
(for example, 1.0), please reopen this bug (or just comment again) and provide
some more detail - giving the URLs for the pages which load the timers would be
useful. thanks very much.
