The top of the page dict.leo.org is shifted to the very bottom, scrollbar still
is at the bottom too, though. Used to be ok in mozilla-0.9.7.

arrow of scrollbar still scrolls donw and the page can be displayed.

This was broken for me with an older build, but works ok with 2002021303 Win2k.
