Rough STR, not 100% reproducible
1, Use Nightly to read some pages
2, Close some tabs
3, Switch to another app

Get a crash within a second or so. The matching crash report is https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/07b276d5-b5c2-42fb-b07f-a8dd12160110 but isn't very useful. See also errors at end of log for crashreporter accessing the minidump.

This is on a OnePlus One phone, since Dec 25. Full list of crash reports at the bottom of the attachment.

Yeah. There's patch in bug 1237932 that should fix this.
