STR:
1) Open https://stripe.com/relay
2) Let it sit there for a minute or so
3) ...
4) BLAST OFF when your CPU hits 100%+.
It's pretty CPU intensive in Chrome as well, but only like 25%. I get 100% in Dev Edition.

Also getting this, might be a feature because now I can use my computer as a heater.

Today, I see pretty similar hang-age in Chrome and Firefox. Does that match what you're seeing? Should we move this to tech evangelism?

Yeah, I see about the same in Chrome and Nightly -- something around 20 - 25%. Big improvements!
Let's go ahead and close, I can't imagine Stripe will want to prioritize "please make your cool site less cool".
