The same bug you just fixed for bookmarks, but needs to be fixed in history as well.
Open history, drag a bookmark. Instead of getting the outline of the selected
rows, you get the entire outliner's rectangle.

Hrm, history uses nsDragAndDrop.js as well.
It should work in history too.
