I'm currently responsible for performing web security bounty validation work described in this process: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Security/Web_Bug_Rotation But I do not have the ability to set the sec-bounty flag in Bugzilla. I'm requesting that I be given this permission so I can fulfill my duties on the web bug rotation.
You will need to be in the 'core-security' group to be able to grant that flag. So assigning to dveditz to make that change. dkl

I think that flag setting is the now-separate bounty-team group, and I granted that to Jonathan in December.
