Instance data will come in, potentially in multiple files

For example:
/opt/aws-instance-list/aws_targets_1234.txt and /opt/aws-instance-list/aws_targets_5678.txt

Tools that consume this data will need to be modified to expect it in this format
This will not be required once API described in bug 1286678 is implemented
