Aries dogfooding device build 20151130

1. Open Telegram app
2. Start typing a message
3. Notice keyboard doesn't change to upper case mode 

Expected: Keyboard should change to upper case mode to start a message
Actual: Keyboard doesn't change to upper case mode to start a message

On my Flame running OTA 20160112030203 I cannot reproduce this. When I start writing something the word is uppercase

I noticed that behavior some time ago.
To be more precise:
1 Open Telegram
2 Select a channel
3 type a message, everything is ok (Upper case and suggestion)
4 Send the message
5 Start typing a 2nd message: Keyboard does not change to upper case
6 Use backspace to delete the whole message and when you get to the start, the upper case is automatically restored but not suggestions (no way to get them back except for performing the steps below).

Other case:
Perform steps 1 to 5
6 turn off the screen (just by using on/off button)
7 Unlock the screen (telegram should be still the app on screen)
8 Click in the message line -> suggestions are back. And upper case too if you had not started typing)
