A few facts:
* comment 0's log was for:
  Android 4.3 API11+ debug Mochitest Mochitest M(16)
  tst-emulator64-spot-125
  (One of our slowest-running platforms, I expect -- particularly with the "debug" flavor.)

* The log shows that results are continuing to be logged after the test is reported as timing out. So, this isn't a case where the test hangs or deadlocks or whatever -- it's just running for a really long time.

I guess this piece of bug 1073761 comment 248 still applies:

(I assume we're running into this again simply because the number of CSS properties & property-aliases have grown since the last time we bumped the .requestLongerTimeout count here. [and this test's runtime is proportional to the number of properties / property-aliases.])
