If the service channel is unknown, |BluetoothOppManager::OnGetServiceChannel| sends out an SDP update request, and calls |BluetoothSocket::Connect| unconditionally.
The correct behavior would be to return early and call |BluetoothSocket::Connect| after the service channel became known (i.e., after the SDP update request completed).
