Hi Giovanny,
I think that this mesa library could be used in other non rpi devices, couldn't it? So I'll prefer to name it as the original one: external_mesa3d. Is that a problem? :)

Yes could be, but this mesa3d has specific vc4, so don't know if could cause problems in other devices (I think no), sounds good the name for me, if you change the name here I am going to change it on the manifest too.

No problem at all because vc4 stuff is being implemented in other branch.
