Currently the MediaInfo is dispatched from the MDSM to the MediaDecoder from two different Notifier that call either MediaDecoder::MetadataLoaded or MediaDecoder::FirstFrameLoaded

MetadataLoaded could be removed altogether and only act on on receiving the first update of the MediaInfo object
