123927 - Can't compose new mails/news

Whenever I press the compose button (or reply, reply all etc), I get a requestor
popping upp saying:

  "An error occured while creating a message compose windows. Please try again. R"

Yes, there's an "R" in the end. I've also tried making a new profile. I had the
same problem there as well.

I'm forced to use Outlook now for my e-mail now so that should give you an
indication about the severity of this problem :-)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to compose an e-mail
2. The popup with the error text is shown

Went back to 2002020406 (0.9.8?) and the compose window works in this version.

duplicate of other bugs which are duplicate of 123399; 6am bits are ok; 11am
bits are ok (in between are not)
