I assume there might be a config or other setting overlooked here.  It seems to be we are missing MINIDUMP_STACKWALK.  added :ted just in case it needs his attention in the near future.
I would have assumed bug 1233716 would have taken care of this.
I would assume so too. I will investigate.

I think we should add a check at the beginning of Mozharness to stop wondering if it would work or not.
I was testing against an old build which had an old mozharness.zip.
I'm re-testing now.
