1239330 - Ability to installTemporaryAddons in marionette_driver.addons

The pref xpiinstall.signatures.required will be going away soon, and instead the only way to install an unsigned addon will by via the AddonManager.installTemporaryAddons() api.

We'll need to update marionette_driver.addons to support this (and remove the soon to be obsolete pref).
