STR:
Load any BMO bug in the B2G browser app.
Expected results:
All text is more or less the same size, as on desktop.
Actual results:
The text in comments is huge, but text elsewhere in the UI
(fields at the top, comment authors and timestamps) is tiny.
Quoted text in comments is also tiny.

(As I post this, the B2G browser app doesn't exist anymore, at least in mozilla-maintained code.)
This seems to be WORKSFORME in current Firefox Nightly on Android (which does seem to do font inflation in some cases, so I think it's a relevant use case for testing this bug). e.g. this bug page here looks fine, in Firefox Nightly on Android.
Not sure if this is working due to a change that we made in Gecko vs. a change that happened in BMO; but either way, WORKSFORME at this point.
