Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:42.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/42.0
Build ID: 20151029151421

Steps to reproduce:

Issue in Firefox 42.0 thru Firefox 43.0 at least. Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Model GT-N8013 with S-Pen. Android 4.1.2. No difference if Firefox is force stopped, cache cleared, data cleared, or uninstalled and reinstalled. Landscape or Portrait mode.
For example, go to Google.com and search for anything. Try to click on one of the returned link results in the list. Actual link clicked may be several lines higher in the display than the link clicked. Have to guess where to click lower to get the right link. Also, at times, the top portion of web pages are missing several lines and you can't scroll up to see them. Reinstalled Firefox 40.0 and it works ok. No other app is exhibiting wrong click position behavior.

Actual results:

You try to click a link, but the actual position clicked seems to be several lines higher. If another link is at that position, that link will be followed instead of the link desired.
Clicking seems to be reporting the wrong Y-axis position. Or if the click position is correct, the web page is perhaps rendered with the wrong Y-axis origin.

Expected results:

The link clicked should be the one followed. The top of every web page should be shown and accessible. This issue is making the newest versions of Firefox practically useless to me.
At times it seemed that hovering the S-Pen over the link would show the correct link highlighted, but actually clicking it would still select a position above.

An imperfect workaround is to disable the address bar hiding, Settings -> Display -> uncheck Full-screen browsing
