Details

For Loop, we sometimes need to create a WIP PR - for testing out changes on travis, or just for getting initial feedback.

It'd be nice if autolander could ignore the PR (or at least not complain about the message format) if "WIP" was specified at the start of the title.
Autolander (not to be confused with autoland!) has been decommissioned in bug 1419773.
