When adding a new bookmarks-folder in Safari, this kind of bookmark-folders do not get imported by migrating into Firefox.

If you move these folders into the standard Favorites-folder in Safari and then migrate, it is working just fine.

Migration should also import user-generated bookmark-folders, which are not placed in the standard Favorites folder. Transfering the full folder-hierachy would be important.
