The URL bar does not expand while user scrolls down. So far this happens only on Aries and only on Mozilla support page.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20160114140113
2) Open the Browser
3) Navigate to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products
4) Scroll down and observe URL bar behavior

Actual:
While user scrolls down the URL bat does not expand

Expected:
URL bar should expand while scrolling down

This issue can actually cause the url bar to remain expanded or collapsed when on the mozilla support site.  This will happen on all Aries builds until the earlies available build.  

Note that going into Landscape can be considered a workaround for this issue as it will allow the url bar to expand or collapse as expected, but doing so when it is working may also cause it to stop happening again.
