I am using a Flame updated to the recent V5 Gonk layer running OTA 20160114150226 To reproduce: Go to settings->browsing privacy->clear history Open the browser Expected: No history visible in the browser Actual I still see thumbnails and browsing history I tried closing the browser and reopening it. It's the same. I also tried pressing the clear history many times. Same issue. The history is not deleted.

Can you also try on the Flame?
I confirm this works now on the Flame on OTA 20160119030400
