Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 4.1.2; GT-N8010 Build/JZO54K) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/48.0.2564.79 Safari/537.36 Firefox for Android Steps to reproduce: SI for instance I search on google. Results page has broad inoperative stripe along bottom of screen of similar depth as header. When I select a link to a result mozilla goes to two links above instead of the one selected. If I scroll up very slowly the inoperative stripe along the bottom disappears and the page then behaves normally. This issue is a particular problem if the active page is is the same size as the screen and will not scroll up, all links then don't work. This only happens on Galaxy Note 10.1 and not my nexus phone or laptop. I use the larest version 43.0. I now have to use Chrome on my tablet.

An imperfect work around is to disable the address bar hiding. Settings -> Display -> uncheck Full-screen browsing
