User Story

Acceptance Criteria
* Survey for all contributors, contributors defined as
** one reply on a thread where the poster is not the thread starter
** One revision or review for KB/L10n
** One tweet for AoA
* Survey broken down by contribution area
** KB
** L10n
** forum
** AoA
* One metric is reported for overall CSAT
** How satisfied are you as a SUMO contributor, likert scale 0-100%.
* Community health metrics page reports the broken down metrics
** what areas they contributed to
** free form field (results on SG)
* We send the first survey 30 days after the first contribution, and then in 30 days intervals.
* Users can opt out from the email
I as a SUMO staff member want to see the CSAT for the community so I can tell whether we are getting closer or further away from our goal around it. This should be on the KPI dashboard (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kpi/dashboard) The acceptance criteria are in the user story field.
