Acceptance Criteria
* candidate collection survey in multiple languages
* exit survey in multiple languages
* display one chart showing difference in CSAT between candidate collection survey and exit survey overall on the KPI dashboard
* offer way to filter the chart by locale
I as a SUMO staff member want to see the CSAT per locale and overall so I can tell whether we are getting closer or further away from our goal around it.

This should be on the KPI dashboard (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kpi/dashboard)

The acceptance criteria are in the user story field.
