Panel after ending session.
STR:
1. Start a Hello session
2. Click Stop button in infobar
3. Open Hello Panel
Expected Results:
After ending the session, the Hello panel should allow me to start a new session again.

This isn't something I see, we might need better reproducing. (Also if possible it would be better to try it with the add-on)

Based on this, resolving as WFM as the add-on will get merged to m-c.
