124012 - New support for alias email addresses similiar to 4.x.

I understand we had a hidden pref to allow users to enter an alias email address
to be checked against a recipient list when doing a Reply All.   We don't have
that feature in 6.2 and we've had requests by users to support this.  
Scenario:
I have an alias "[e-mail]"
I have my dredd mail account set up with "[e-mail]" for the email
address.
I receive a message from "[e-mail]" addressed to my
"[e-mail]" address.
I click Reply All and I am now one of the recipients as well as the sender. I
will get one message in my Sent folder during send and one in my Inbox.  I don't
need 2 copies of the message.  I would like to exclude my alias as a recipient
when I send.

Note: this was reported by Time Inc, they were all set up with aliases in the
rollout and they see this a lot.

reassign to varada. We hava a function which remove duplicated addresses, all we
need to do is to extend it to check against the alias pref as well.

I have a similar feature request. I do not only need the email aliases for
filtering CCs. I have to change them sometimes when sending a new message. So
the same joice as you have with several accounts would be nice if you have just
one account with several aliases.

I'm not sure what aliases actually do. Maybe this can be simulated by identities that we have?

Does this intend to strip away all identities of the current account (or all accounts) if they are in the recipient field when making a reply? If yes, that could be done.
