Attachment: correct typo in subscribe.xul

There is a typo in subscribe.xul. The attached patch fixes the problem for me. It is not a hg patch, though.

Removed the tracking flag. Don't know how it was set.

I am able to create a new newsgroup account without problems, but subscription of a Newsgroup causes error message:

We are. I did not determine the regression window. Your detailed description is similar to the one I should have given. Ahem.

Regarding review: I am not familiar with the procedure also. But, since my patch is not a proper hg patch, it has to be converted into one. Reviewing in this form, hm.
