Details

Given that "Add me to CC list (follow this bug)" is always displayed, I don't think "Never email me about this bug" at the same position should be shown only after clicking "Edit". It is somehow confusing.
'never email me about this bug' is an action which is infrequently used, especially in comparison to CC'ing. it shouldn't be promoted to the read-only view.
