trying to print this page hangs the browser. only ctl-alt-del
can kill the process

Actual Results:  browser hangs

confirming....I can reproduce the hang on Win 98 system with 2/6 trunk build.

This is the infamous "nsImageFrame::GetContinuationOffset" problem it is the
second worse core layout printing bug I have.

This is a marc or chris bug
