Details

We decided to migrate fully across to one system, and travis was preferred over circleci, among other things, as it is free and does everything we want/need.
Blocks: 1240469
TaskCluster organisation no longer grants access to Circle CI:

  * https://github.com/organizations/taskcluster/settings/applications
  * https://github.com/organizations/taskcluster/settings/oauth_application_policy

Therefore we no longer have anything running in Circle CI. \o/
