Sony Z3C, B2G 2.6.0.0-prerelease, build ID 20151230201227 How to reproduce: 1. Go to Settings > Screen Lock. 2. Turn off the Lock Screen option. 3. Restart (or turn off and on) the phone. 4. Once the phone is on, no SIM PIN prompt is show. Expected: 4. The phone should ask for the SIM PIN once the phone is on. Note: You can raise the prompt by opening Messages or Phone app.
Launching Messages, Phone (dialer), Contacts or Usage shows the SIM PIN prompt in the foreground of the app. But no other app does.
