Details

How to reproduce:
* Update Daily.
* Run Daily.

What happens:
* All panes (accounts+folders, messages, message view) are empty.
* Most pages (Addons, Options) do not appear when selected from the menu.

This happened before and was fixed at some point. Now it happened again.

Latest unaffected version, as of now, is https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/nightly/2016/01/2016-01-04-03-02-04-comm-central/thunderbird-46.0a1.en-US.win64.zip
The experience from previous occurrence of this bug suggests that it affects both x86_64 and i686 builds of Daily.
Can you try disabling Lightning?
Also, is your profile on a network drive?
Lightning is disabled.
Profile is local.
The bug applies to old profiles as well as brand new ones.

I've updated to https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/nightly/2016/01/2016-01-19-03-03-06-comm-central/thunderbird-46.0a1.en-US.win64.zip , to check whether it affects new profiles or not - and in this version the bug is fixed.

Thunderbird was completely broken due to changes from Bug 1220564. The comm-central branch was fixed with Bug 1237602 and a few depended bugs, therefore this looks like a duplicate.
